There is no one-size-fits-all engagement. Every organization I work with starts with a conversation. The tiers below describe what most engagements look like — use them as a reference point when you get in touch.

Tier 2 Programs$5,000–$30,000Executive seminars, team workshops, culture engagements, applied improv training. Half-day to multi-session formats. Includes pre-engagement discovery call and post-session debrief.
Tier 3 Deep Engagement$20,000–$60,000+Long-term coaching retainers, org-wide culture transformation, educational consulting contracts. Custom program design, ongoing facilitation, and quarterly culture assessment included.

Add-ons for all tiers:

  • Video documentation of workshops and keynotes (Brad handles production in-house)
  • Facilitator guide and curriculum materials for internal follow-on use
  • Post-engagement leader coaching (monthly 1:1 sessions for 3 or 6 months)
